Refund Policy
We want you to be confident choosing DocFusion. This policy explains when paid subscriptions are refundable.
14-day satisfaction window
For eligible paid plans purchased directly from us, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase if you have not materially exceeded fair-use limits defined at purchase time. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where technically possible.
Renewals
Auto-renewals may be cancelled at any time from your billing portal. If a renewal charge occurred in error, contact support within seven (7) days of the charge for review.
Non-refundable cases
- Charges disputed through your bank without first contacting us may limit refund options.
- Enterprise or custom contracts follow the written agreement instead of this consumer summary.
- Where required by payment partners or law, certain fees may be withheld.
