By accessing or using DocFusion services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. Services
We provide file recovery software, documentation and related cloud services (such as licensing and billing portals) as described on our website. Features may differ by plan or region.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our gross negligence.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the services (including probing, scraping or overloading systems without permission), attempt to access others’ data unlawfully, or use the services to violate applicable law. Enterprise deployments must comply with your internal policies and any agreement we sign with you.
4. Software license
Subject to payment where required, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in object code form for your internal or personal purposes as permitted by your plan. You may not reverse engineer except where mandatory law allows.
5. Third parties
Integrations (payment gateways, identity providers) are governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party failures outside our reasonable control.
6. Disclaimers
Recovery outcomes depend on hardware and damage scenarios. Except where prohibited by law, the services are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. See also our refund policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no fees applied, except for liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise for enterprise customers.
